1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by «Eurasia Research» (the “Company”) to users of the website eurasiaresearch-llc.com (the “Client”). By using the website and placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and accept these Terms in full.
The Company provides academic consulting services, including manuscript preparation and refinement, academic and language editing, translation, publication support, as well as other advisory services aimed at supporting researchers.
2. Service Provision Procedure
- Services are provided based on the Client’s request and a concluded agreement (a public offer or an individual contract).
- After the scope of work, timelines, and cost are agreed, the Client is issued an invoice for payment.
- Delivery timelines depend on the type of service, complexity, and the volume of materials. Specific deadlines are set in the contract or individual proposal.
- Communication and service delivery are conducted remotely via electronic channels (email, messengers, etc.).
- The Company follows principles of academic ethics and confidentiality and ensures an appropriate quality of performance.
3. Pricing and Payment Procedure
- Service fees are calculated individually and depend on the selected package, the volume of materials, and the complexity of the task.
- Payment is made based on an issued invoice using one of the available methods:
- by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via the WayForPay payment system;
- by bank transfer to the Company’s account;
- by other methods agreed in advance with the Company’s manager.
- Payment is considered completed once funds are credited to the Company’s account.
- Payments are accepted in local or foreign currency depending on the Client’s country and the terms of the agreement.
4. Refunds
- The Client may request a refund if the Company has failed to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the agreement.
- Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date the refund is confirmed and agreed.
- If the service has been partially performed, the refund amount is calculated proportionally to the uncompleted portion of work.
5. Liability of the Parties
- The Company is responsible for the proper quality and timely performance of its obligations within the scope of the concluded agreement.
- The Client undertakes to provide accurate data and materials, pay for services on time, and cooperate with the Company during service delivery.
- The Company is not responsible for a journal editorial decision to reject publication if the materials do not meet the journal’s requirements or as a result of the editorial board’s review.
6. Confidentiality
The Company ensures the confidentiality of all materials and data received from the Client within the scope of cooperation and does not disclose them to third parties without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.
7. Force Majeure
The Company is released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (including industrial accidents, military actions, communication outages, payment system failures, and other events beyond the parties’ control).
